BEFORE YOUR VISIT
CONSULTATION - THIS PROCESS IS NOW ALL ON-LINE AND SENT TO YOU AT TIME OF BOOKING
Your consultation and assessment on your first visit is free of charge, it will take around 20 minutes to complete. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this is now all done on-line and sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Your therapist will then review and discuss your health history, any concerns you may have and what you would like to achieve from your treatment. The information you provide helps your therapist determine what techniques to use to best achieve your specific needs. Your consultation is now all done on-line and within a quick call prior to your visit. This is to ensure your complete safety and will no longer be carried out within the HomeSpa, other than a quick feedback form at the end of your treatment. Our clients health and safety is paramount.
TREATMENT PLAN
Now your therapist has completed the consultation, it allows her to create a customised and safe treatment plan. Your therapist will discuss the treatment plan with you to ensure you are completely happy and agree with what is proposed before you proceed.
THE TREATMENT PRICING
Tailor your massage treatments by choosing the amount of time you would like to buy. There are treatments to suit everyone and we love the fact you and your Therapist can create your own dedicated treatment.

If you would like to add any of these into one of the four main package groups of your choice or maybe create your very own bespoke treatment, please contact us directly and we can accommodate...not a problem!
PREPARING FOR MASSAGE
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our therapist is no longer be able to direct you to the changing area. However, you will remain within the treatment room in private where a changing station is available for your clothing and small amount of belongings.
Many people worry about modesty. You will be covered under large soft sheets/towels for the entire session, except for the area being worked on. You don’t need to be completely undressed; so leave your pants on. Your therapist wants you to be as comfortable as you can be, so you should undress to your own level of comfort. However, you should remove your jewellery, so that it doesn’t interfere with the massage. Your therapist will ensure you have privacy whilst you lay yourself on the massage couch, you can cover yourself over with the large towels provided.
DURING YOUR MASSAGE
Your therapist will ensure that you are comfortable; she may use extra pillows, bolsters or a head rest to support your body comfortably. You can have the temperature of the room adjusted to suit your preference. Massage oil will be applied to your skin to reduce drag and then your therapist will begin your agreed massage treatment. You will be asked the level of pressure - if you prefer a firmer or softer pressure, because everyone has different preferences – this is your massage.
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT
When your treatment is complete, your therapist will check how you are feeling. Due to Pandemic and on-going variants we are no longer able to provide chilled water, so we kindly ask our clients to bring their own and this will be placed within your changing area for after or midway between your treatment if preferred. Your therapist will then leave the room so that you can get dressed in private. When she returns she will give you some aftercare advice to follow at home if needed - this is also available on our website, so you can achieve the best results from your treatment. Your therapist will then assist you with any future bookings for your next appointment if required.
