Cancellation Policy Details

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances or sickness may arise, which might cause you to re-arrange your appointment. All payments are non-refundable.

We will gladly reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time - READ SPECIFIC DETAILS BELOW

We do not charge a cancellation fee as all treatments are paid in advance. 

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION THOROUGHLY 

Within 12 hours or LESS please refer to the details below.

• You may cancel or rearrange your appointment free of charge on ONE occasion up to 24 hours before your appointment time  

• Within 12 hours: a fee of 10% will be charged prior to your next arrival (this is calculated at 10% of the pre-scheduled treatment price)
•  However, if you’ve re-arranaged a previous  appointment or cancel less than 12 hours you will lose your allocated treatment - refer to details below**

To re-arrange: please only email your cancellation request if it is less than 24hours to info@healinghandsofcrosby.co.uk OR text immediately if less than 24hrs to  07792 651 790 

As you can fully appreciate, we are a small, local HomeSpa business, we do not take walk-in appointments and all appointments, must be provided with a full consultation and booked in advance. So, we will not be able to replace your appointment at such short .

Therefore, 100% of treatment cost will be lost. 

This is to compensate for your therapist's time and the preparation time of your treatment room i.e heating, lighting, prep of oils, creams, hot towels etc
