As you can fully appreciate, we are a small, local HomeSpa business, we do not take walk-in appointments and all appointments, must be provided with a full consultation and booked in advance. So, we will not be able to replace your appointment at such short .
Therefore, 100% of treatment cost will be lost.
This is to compensate for your therapist's time and the preparation time of your treatment room i.e heating, lighting, prep of oils, creams, hot towels etc
